lpmarie13 Hi there. I wanted to touch base and let you know I shipped your order August 18, 2018. I see it has been transferred through USPS multiple times. I apologize that there seems to be a delay. I try my best to get items sent to customers ASAP, so seeing this shipping history is frustrating.

lpmarie13 Hi, I spoke with both the USPS and poshmark regarding your package. Neither had any definitive answers regarding the status. Poshmark told me to contact them again if the packages had not been delivered by 9/1. I'm not sure how you would like me to proceed? Will you please let me know what you would like, or if I should standby and see what happens? My apologies for this delay. I've never had an experience like this with USPS.

msbee1959 I saw on my tracking number that was last updated this morning that the package is visibly damaged,so, I would like to receive my money back. I understand these things happen. Even if I get the package, it will be damaged. Thank you.

lpmarie13 @msbee1959 of course. I completely understand. I'll see how we go about doing that. If you do end up receiving the package, I think you can report a problem or refuse to accept it somehow. And then your funds should not be released. I'm so sorry this happened but I will get it taken care of.

lpmarie13 @msbee1959 I emailed poshmark a few days ago and then again today. I let them know the status with USPS, that you haven't received the order, and that you want to be refunded. I'm not sure, I've never had this happen before, but I think you may need to report a problem with the order on your end as well? I can also continue to follow up and keep you informed. Please let me know what I can do for you, and again, I apologize this happened.

Sorry about that it’s going to ship out in the morning I already dropped it in the box. They usually pick up around 10 AM. You should see it start tracking maybe tomorrow afternoon. 💋♥️😘
