bhansberry219 @susanzipperlen Thanks, Susan. I actually have some Joules warmers that I use in my size 8 Hunters. I find they make the size 7 Hunters a bit too snug. But I’ll ponder them a bit. I live in Texas and our winters are short!

bhansberry219 @navarro95 - Me too! The one on the right as you look at the pix was going to replace my event Horse who died from surgery gone wrong. But eventing really wasn’t her thing. We continued to jump for fun and switched to dressage. The other girl I bought sight unseen from PA. I live in TX. Won’t do that again but I love her to pieces. We just do dressage schooling shows. I’m not rich and all my $$$ goes to my horses. My husband does not understand🤣

navarro95 @bhansberry219 I’m in the same boat!!!!! My husband does not understand. I’ve had Navarro for 13 years. Still hasn’t clicked in. Randomly tells me how much horse meat is going for (he’s British no more need be said). He does not get it at all!!!!!!!!! I should add pics of him to my Posher.

bhansberry219 @navarro95 - I love your closet and the way you stage things! Do you have retail/design experience? I’m brand new to poshing and trying to learn the tricks of the trade. Do you buy and resell? Do you buy items at consignment/thrift stores to resell? Or all those fabulous things from your own personal closet? I’m envious!!

navarro95 @bhansberry219 Thank you! It’s all a combination! Thrift stores, antique stores, my closet, everywhere. I shop everywhere!!!!!! I have my degree in marketing, so I think that helps with staging and presentation. If you need help or have questions, I’m happy to help. I’ve been on here a few years. Still have questions. I’ve “met” nice people for the most part. Very nice and respectful. I have another closet. Belatini. It’s all handmade jewelry.

bhansberry219 @navarro95 Thank you for your offer of assistance! I will take you up on that. I’ve been doing this less than 60 days and have lots to learn. I do have a question - you made an offer on an Ariat shirt I had and then declined the counter when I upped it a few dollars. I assumed you were going to resell it. Was I correct? I’m kind of developing a sense of those who really want the item and some that want a good deal to make money. Which I totally understand!

navarro95 @bhansberry219 I was going to keep it. When I buy something from posh I keep it. Very few occasions it hasn’t worked. In those cases I tell the person I bought it from it didn’t work and I was going to REPOSH it. I list anything from posh that way. I ride. Of course it was for me :)

bhansberry219 @navarro95 - you’re very kind to think of me but I need to pass. Don’t really need any more breeches but my mare needs jock injections🤑. Also, I work very part time at a tack store but I get the same employee discount that the full time people enjoy. And I can get some items at cost. I usually spend more at the store than I make🤣 so my riding wardrobe is in good shape. Thanks again!

bhansberry219 @navarro95 - certainly not ugly! The stride looks a bit higher than I usually buy and I’m not a full seat fan. I’m short and short waisted so I think the lower rise are more flattering on me. My mares agree🤣. I’ve sold some breeches and a NWT Goode Rider show shirt on the Facebook group English Tack Trader. Do you ever sell on FB? BTW, I love your jewelry. Do you make it?

navarro95 @bhansberry219 No I don’t sell on FB. I sort of want to keep that as a personal conduit. The jewelry, yes I make it!!! It’s fun, very time consuming. I moved here from CA a little over a year ago. The best was going to the fashion district in LA. OMG. I had to bring cash. Just what I wanted to spend. No debit or credit card. It was soooooooo much fun. I’d go once a month! It’s weird to think gems and beads would be so tempting...... LA just had shop after shop after shop!

navarro95 @bhansberry219 Then I’d go to the alley, hey myself a Rolex knock off! You’d never know. It lasted about 6 years. No battery it was awesome. Just an oyster date just nothing flashy. No diamonds or anything.... it was fun!! Had to go behind the “curtain” as it’s super illegal to sell knock off rolex. Ha!!!! It was so much fun!!! Was a 12 hour day!!! Worth it!

We have a street here in Houston that has great bead stores and all the discount purses, watches, etc. If you like beaded brow bands I can send you info on a lady here who makes them with changeable jewels.
