west_threads Hi, I just saw your concern with the dress having belt loops, I bought the dress a year ago or so and never wore it, to my knowledge there was not a belt with it , I could be mistaken tho. The picture of the dress did not have a belt with it but if you’re unhappy with the purchase & want to return it I will be happy to refund your money. I don’t want you to be unhappy with it. Please let me know and I apologize for any confusion.
