mlanders11 the fitbit was not charged when I received it. How long will it take to charge and how can I tell if it is charging?

bethhermosillo @mlanders11 it takes a couple hours. make sure the metal pins are attached properly. you can squeeze the charger and it will open like a close pin. you can then secure it to the fitbit. once the pins are connected and touching correctly the screen should light up with a battery indicator.

bethhermosillo @mlanders11 also… you will need to download the fitbit app and leave the fitbit on the charger while you are linking the fitbit to the app.

mlanders11 I have been trying upload a video of me showing poshmark it will not turn on or charge but it says it is too large. so I don't know what to do. they also said I should have let them know within 3 days. I told them I had been in contact with you and the reason I didn't let them know was I was out of town because my father passed away. .This is my first purchase on posh mark.

cadebugduds Hey lady so I packaged up your stuff and it’s 12 pounds so now I am trying to postal bags instead of a box. Posh doesn’t pay shipping over 5 lbs. in the bags they are about 9 lbs. I don’t know if I can tape them together or get two labels. So working on it!
