The listing said it would ship with in 1 to 3 days. With it arriving on Tuesday, I will not have time to get it cleaned and wrapped with the rest of the presents by the time I get off work and make it to our dinner reservation. I am very unsatisfied with the shipping. I should have had it by yesterday (Friday 10/5/18) the latest. I am only in Orlando which is less than a 4 hour drive from you. What it appears is that it got shipped out on Saturday 10/6/16. What can we do to make this right.

@bpt518 I am sorry but I cannot control what the post office does, they misplaced it, I mailed it the next day after you purchased it as I always do with my sales. We actually have a week to ship items on this site I am not sure where you saw 1 to 3 days ? I am sure your wife will understand things happen and she will love the bag.

We did not appreciate your negative feedbacks and false / wrongful comments about the used item “Columbia Omni-Tech Interchange Men's Jacket XL" you have purchased for only $40.00. The used items are SOLD AS IT and all the pictures in the listing were original. You are a HOSTILE buyer and Scam Artist. There was no stain as you stated while you did not attempt to return or provide a picture to prove. Next time, spend more money and buy new one if your expectations are high from the used item.

I have already opened up a concern about the product you sent and lied about along with the harrassment and allegations. For someone that is trying to run a buissness is acting very immature.
