re4mation Hi bee! Thanks for being a great buyer 😍 What’s next is: You should be receiving a refund from poshmark when you ship out the dress. As for the bag, I am so sorry for the mixup but the person who bought the dress probably received the bag however, she is not responding to my comments! I don’t think she has any intention of sending back the bag. And i don’t have another one in stock to send you, but I will let you know if I receive the backpack.

bee_sam Hi Thanks for letting me know. Did you ever hear from the other buyer? Unfortunately it's impossible for me to send back this item because I don't have access to a printer during quarantine. I've let poshmark know too but they can't send me a label. Sorry about this
