jimcherrix @delonney I'm sorry to hear that but I don't have anything to do with the actual transactions. The way it sounds is that you paid for the boots without going through Poshmark. Otherwise, the seller wouldn't have released any money to her until you had marked the boots as received.

jimcherrix @delonney Poshmark doesn't guarantee any trades, mystery boxes, transactions/payment outside of Poshmark. The only way to protect yourself is to purchase/sell items through Poshmark.

jimcherrix @delonney If you went through Poshmark, they give the seller 7 days to ship the item. After 7 days, you can cancel the order and your money will be refunded.

jimcherrix @delonney One thing I noticed is that when you're sending messages to the seller, you're not putting the @ character before their closet name, so they may not have seen your messages.
