Hi Barbara. You purchased a SwimZip Hat from my closet. I’m sorry you are not happy with your purchase. I can assure you that the hat is Brand New and Never Worn. The inside and ties of the white hats are a slight yellow color (not bright white), this is not a defect. I have a retail store and Never sell used items in my Boutique. I will send you a replacement hat at no cost to you, in a different color if you contact me.
