luv2shop0510 @mntntop4me So weird, like it's just sitting there waiting, but when you go to tracking on my end, it shows where it was scanned at 1:23am on Feb.18, but nothing since then. I plan to go to the post office tomorrow to see if I can get someone to give me info on it. I will let you know when I find out.

luv2shop0510 @mntntop4me so I went to the branch where I dropped off the boots and they said they sent it to the main distribution center here, and they've not scanned it since. She couldn't explain why there was a delay other than covid and/or weather. I will call the customer service number when I get back home. Again, apologies for my local post office inefficiency.

I contacted customer support...adding your kindness and your shoes are lost in the mail. so sorry for that... once I had a Magnolia Pearl piece sitting at a PO for 30 days!! A buyer gave no correct actual address to deliver to. THANK God it finally came back to me!!
