susannalinguyen @ashgirl51497 I just got the package in the mail and the label was all messed up. I wonder if that’s why the tracking never updated. I already bought another pair off of Merc after I canceled this order… are you able to send a return label or file a claim with USPS? Priority mail should be 3 day delivery, not 12 days so I would think USPS would offer some type of insurance for delays?
