vlgaissert Ashli, I'm the seller of the Justice Jean shorts, size 7 Slim. I packaged up your shorts but upon doing so, i was concerned that the shorts might run a tad small. I measured across the smallest part of the waistline and they were about 9.5 inches across.

vlgaissert Keep in mind that these are designed to sit on the waist i believe, not below. Can you measure a pair that fits currently for sizing? They are really great shorts but i want you to be happy with your purchase. I happen to have the exact same pair in 8 Slim. Please let me know asap. Thank You.

vlgaissert @ashsmo90 Ok, i have never had to do this befire so please give me a moment to figure this out. I might have to have you cancel on your end, then purchase the 8 slim. Did you happen to measure a pair that fits? i know its a pain but i just want you to get what you want.

vlgaissert @ashsmo90 I believe that you need to cancel the sale on your end. They may ask for a reason, like "changed mind" or "ordered wrong size". As long as i doesnt make it look like i did something wrong (please). I will send you an offer for the size 8s.
