kimmigee244 @pearielle Hi, sorry for the wait of the measurements if the Levi Jean shorts! The inseam is 5" & the waist is 17" (so 17"×2=34") when layed flat. The hips are 19" and these are 100%cotton. I hand washed & air dried them so they wouldn't shrink. LMK if you have any questions! Thanks!😁❣Take care!🙂

cttt14 I’m sorry your purchase was not perfect. It came straight from the store, I steamed it and wrapped it carefully in tissue. No one in our home has ever smoked. You may mail it back I’d you wish.
