elsa_hv Hello. I purchased a scotch and soda jacket from you. It was listed in the womens blazers size xs. However, it is a childrens jacket size 10/140. I would like to return it because it is not an adult jacket. It is childrens size 10 and refers to 140 cm height from scotch and soda size guide.

abooneman @elsa_hv its an extra small. I purchased this from the woman section from Scotch and Soda. I already received the money from Poshmark who denied your request . I will take it back for what you paid. Shipping would be on you both sides.

elsa_hv If you take a look at the scotch and soda size guide, you will see that in childrens us size 10 corresponds to 140 cm height. The tag on the jacket says exactly that: 10/140. So it’s not not a US size like you said in the listing. It is actually a US size but it’s not adult, it’s childrens apparel size 10

elsa_hv @abooneman the jacket is supposed be listed in childrens apparel as size 10, not as womens size XS. The listing is misleading. That’s why I am not willing to cover shipping back and forth.

abooneman @elsa_hv I just looked back at the description and even if it was on the wrong category, it’s very clear that this was an extra small and not a size ten. I was backed here by Poshmark . I apologize for the inconvenience but I think I my description was clear.

elsa_hv @abooneman but the thing is that it doesn’t say size XS on the tag. The tag says size 10. This is a childrens jacket size 10.

abooneman @elsa_hv yea I am aware of that. But if you read my description I am mentioning that the measurements are not what they seem and that this should be considered as an extra small. I mentioned this was not a woman’s ten. I also included the measurements.

elsa_hv A childrens jacket size 10 was misrepresented as a Women’s jacket size XS. This is a childrens jacket and I was buying a womens jacket. Childrens apparel can’t be sold as adult apparel. This jacket can’t be considered XS because it doesn’t belong to womens clothing.

elsa_hv I was not trying to argue. I just honestly don’t think it’s correct to list a childrens jacket as as womens jacket. The listing said that it is a not US size 10. It turns out to be an actual US size 10, but from childrens size guide.
