jillheijligers Hi Ann - received the red epi Segur today. It is much more worn than the photos in the sale post. I cannot simply clean and condition it. I am requesting a return/refund. You have been nothing but very sweet, and I am sorry, but one of the corners actually has a tear/hole in it. This was not shown. So sorry. - Jill
