milaniststyle Hi Anne, before I mail your shoes out tomorrow am, I need you to see a couple of additional pictures and confirm that you are okay..otherwise I can cancel your purchase with no problem. While packing the shoes I noticed that one of the insoles is slightly coming up from the back and is detached from the footbed in the mid section..

milaniststyle These shoes have never been worn so I assume it’s just the time and temperature effect on the glue. I had posted a close up of the insole when I first listed these shoes as there were already some creases there

milaniststyle To be honest I’m not sure if it was already like this or things have worsened since then. I’m sure a cobbler can lock it back on the footbed or you could also easily do it yourself. It is nothing that affect the functionality or the aesthetic of the shoes though. Just wanted to be 100% transparent. I will create a new listing for your review. Thanks
