vintagethrdgems Hey Anna thank you for your feedback. I just wanted to reach out and let you know the smell isn't moth ball related. I washed by hand using wool friendly cleaner that was fragranced. If you want to remove the scent you can hang the sweater in sunlight and this will help reduce it. It should also fade with time. Hope this helps :)
