suziesmiles13 @sarahrg7272 I'm sorry that's happening. This time a year people are extra busy and if they aren't full time or even part time professional sellers, Posh can become low on their priority list. It's no excuse for not responding tho. Did u check their MTP page? It will tell u the last time they were active on the site and maybe some history of their ship time? Let me know if u need help locating it.

suziesmiles13 @sarahrg7272 It's actually her stats page, not her MTP. Go to her closet by tapping on her closet name from the sale or from anywhere. Near the top, tap the "about" button. It will bring u to her stats page. Under her pic / avatar it will show u when she was last active. If u still have trouble tell me her closet name. It starts with the @ sign. I will do it for you.

suziesmiles13 @sarahrg7272 btw, you can cancel at the 7 day mark. I'm sure you'd rather have your purchase but if the seller hasn't shipped within a week, at least u can be refunded....

suziesmiles13 @sarahrg7272 One last option. On the sold page at the bottom there is a button for "problems/ Inquiries". U can tap that button as well and send a message to Posh regarding your situation. Include your @name,the sellers @name and sale reference number (also on sale page) It may take a day or 2 for them to respond but they can help in also reaching out to the seller.

suziesmiles13 @sarahrg7272 if it's been 7 days I would cancel the order. Either the seller is no longer on Poshmark OR doesn't care enough to communicate with you and doesn't deserve your money. There are a lot of us who do care and work really hard ensuring our buyers have 5 star experiences. See if u can find the item your looking for in another closet.
