anascaull @crystaltortoise Hello and thanks for offering help. I just made my first sale! So the next step is sending it to the buyer and then what? I’m totally new to the world of this type of buying and selling and feel a bit confused. Any help is greatly appreciated. Ann

crystaltortoise @anascaull After you pack up your item(s) that sold, and print the label, and ship it, you mark it shipped and then wait. You may view the tracking to monitor the package, and remember it is insured also by usps just in case.😊💕💞

crystaltortoise @anascaull Once it arrives to your buyer, they get 3 full days to accept or reject the order. If they don't accept within 3 days, Poshmark will accept for them and the funds will go onto your Poshmark balance. If the buyer does accept, they'll rate you and get a chance to leave you a love note.😊💕💞 Then the funds will go onto your available balance.😊💞💕

crystaltortoise @anascaull Once the funds are on your available balance, you can choose to spend them on Poshmark, or you can request a direct deposit anytime, or an actual mailed paper check from Poshmark, your choice.😊💕💞 Once you put in for a direct deposit, it takes a couple of days to go into your chosen account.😊💕💞

anascaull @crystaltortoise Thank you so much for the quick response and great information. One more question: are buyers pre-approved by Poshmark? And what if my item is damaged or lost once it is in the hands of the buyer? I’m assuming insurance covers it? My jacket will be sent to Poshmark for authentication and then sent to the buyer. anascaull @crystaltortoise Hi hope things are going well for you. I have a question: I sold a Burberry jacket to @harlow1989. I attempted to thank her for the nice rating. I saw that she relisted the jacket for a nice profit which is fine. However, she is using my photos and there is one of me wearing the jacket. I tried writing to her to remove that picture but was somehow blocked? I really want that picture removed. Any help you can offer is appreciated. Thanks. Ann
