marcysclark Hello Andia. I'm double checking to be sure you received my message yesterday. I received the ceramic pitcher yesterday but because it wasn't wrapped with as many protective packaging, only a bag and paper towels, it arrived in pieces. The mail carrier is a witness if you need proof or pictures. This is very disappointing. Please refund my money no later than next week. If I do not receive my refund, I will take this in another direction. Thank you.
