Welcome! I'm a Posh Ambassador, let me know if u have any ?s. When I 1st started "The Guide to Poshmark" & "FAQs" tabs helped.. [look at bottom right toolbar under your ID]. As a seller great photos are key. If primarily a buyer u will want to "LIKE" an item or put it in a "bundle"[ like a cart ] & usually sellers offer discounts! I buy & sell, will help u with either! Hi. I placed an order with your store last Sunday for the knee scooter that you are selling (order# 5dd9aba2568996a4da674320). So far I have had no update on my purchase or shipping information from you. I am having ankle surgery next Fri and I will need the knee scooter by then. If I can't get it by then, please let me know so I can request a refund and order it elsewhere to get it in time.
