springbell Hi, there is no Tiffany cross necklace included in the returning package. Only a empty pouch and box. I have open a case on your return.

southern_grits I returned everything that was received. First I purchase your Tiffany cross charm and necklace with box. When it arrived I reported that the box was not in the condition shown and necklace had several knots. I returned the item just as I received it. Now you want to take money from me. I mailed everything that was sent me back to you. Now you have the item back and want to keep my money?? This is not right.
