allmsl98 @krsecunda Ma’am it was not rude it was stating facts. I am a nurse i know rude impatient ppl too, believe me. Im sorry your mother is sick and i commend you for taking care of her. However, that doesnt erase the fact you were impatient. I dont even get the mail until 4:30 central time. Yes mistakes happen and if it were a mistake the reply should have been just that. I have buried two children and have a special needs child that i take care of, so i too have my woes. Thank you.
