I feel customer service basically blew me off and said just to cancel my order and if this becomes repetitive with her, then they’ll take action. I just don’t know how many people she has to do this to before they “take action”, whatever that even means?

jennifernora32 @amurphy1022 Well, first. Go directly and cxl your order. If it hasn't shipped in a week without some communication that's pathetic. Life happens and we're all forgiving. I've had emergencies and I've had others too. But You must let The Buyer know. That's just insane. You have every right to let them know what you think. She'll lose Buyers when if this continues. Don't. Look back. I'm so sorry this happened. I really am Love ❤️. Theresa

amurphy1022 @sylvakordab I have made several successful purchases. You can also contact the Poshmark customer service with specific questions. I found this FAQ: When your item sells, we automatically send you an email with a pre-paid, pre-addressed USPS Priority Mail shipping label attached. After the buyer receives the item, we release the money to you within 3 days of delivery into your Poshmark account. You can withdraw the money via direct deposit to your bank account or request a check.
