I have another leather bag that is even cheaper you can see it on my side maybe I’ll send it to you so you can take a look at it it’s beautiful I think it’s by Perkins...It’s all black leather very good quality leather and it is a simple bag and I believe the straps are adjustable

I just got home and checked the bag and no it has no way to shorten it or lengthen it but it is perfect cross body it sits right at the front of the waste in the hip I imagine you can wrap it around twice but it does not have any adjustable areas
I sent you a picture of the Perkins bag as well
