As you know, POSHMARK likes to probe customer experience by inquiring on areas on how customer or seller may improve the buying/selling process. I tend to purchase quite frequently (minimum of 2 items every week), so I have a pretty decent outlook on all seller and shipping experience.

banana0418 Last week, both items I purchased shipped out next day and arrived within 3 (shipped from NY and Connecticut). In those cases, I gave a 5 out of 5 rating because of their promptness to package and ship next day. My rating came from ship date, not received date. Let me know if yours was shipped next day, as you may want reach out to your mail carrier/ post office regarding this delay.
