Armpit2armpit = 26 inches across or 52” total circumference
The waist is 25” across or 50” total circumference
Honestly I was also an 18 and it was a bit big in my shoulders. Recently lost weight and now more like a 16 and it’s a bit big though out. Still a really nice dress, very classy and timeless.
I did see Nordstrom had a full priced size 16 available for $76 a day or so ago if that helps at all. Happy shopping and happy new year!
