Since the wrong item has been shipped to the buyer, have the buyer file an “Item Not Described” so our team may better assist the buyer in a proper return case. If your buyer has any questions or concerns, please have them contact our team directly so we may walk them through the return process. This is done to ensure that payment is not released and your buyer is fully covered.

alir963 @coak I’m sorry I’ve been so MIA, every time I thought about coming on here I totally forgot. poshmark said that I don’t have to send this sweater back(even though I don’t want it) and they will refund me so I can repurchase the correct item. I haven’t seen the refund come in yet so I’ll be emailing them tomorrow about that. I currently am saving up for a car so I probably won’t buy the sweater right away. and if someone else is wanting to buy it I won’t be upset. :) thank you for being you!

coak @alir963 I know how it goes!!! The other buyer has not responded to me so I don’t have the original sweater yet😱. Do you want the one I sent?? Keep it. It’s on me. I’m happy for you to have it and the other buyer apparently hasn’t noticed or, decided to go underground at keep the plaid one😏. Thank you for rolling with this. Sometimes my brain goes on vacation without informing me! Ha
