girlycloset_54 @ehcymerman hello! I was finally able to retrieve it thankfully!! The reason they would not leave it is because there was over $40 of postage due because of the box size and weight. What a mess! Lol. I know this is not your fault- I am pursuing a refund for the extra shipping costs through Poshmark customer service. The coat is lovely
