whitneyu Hi love! You just bought the Louis ballerina flats from me with the loose bow on the right side, as I went to package it the bow fell off. There is a little wooden piece that sticks out from the top of the shoe that the bow was attached to. It's an easy fix, a drop of superglue would stick it back on there no problem and you wouldn't even know the difference, but before I shipped it I just wanted to check in with you and let you know what was going on 💓 Please confirm you received this message!
