ale_alfonzo @pkgreenb2 Hi! I’m very sorry. This is the first time I have cancelled an item. The reason is I had an emergency last minute travel the same day of your purchase and I realized I wouldn’t be able to send it within the estimated days. I believe there’s no reason to be rude. I have never failed on sending an item from my closet. I like to send it asap along with a nice note. I’m now aware of the “vacation hold” option in the app. I apologize for any inconvenience.
