akb38 @babyshaq0515 hey, yeah it’s definitely been dropped off for a few days. 4 out of my 10 packages that day say they were never scanned. I’m sure it will be all resolved soon but if not we will get a refund out to you ASAP. Sorry for all of the confusion...
