danabelle22 Hi, there. I received a single 1 ounce bottle of argan oil today...unfortunately, your listing was for 3 bottles...I purchased the argan oil expecting the 3 bottles to be included. arobin2you @danabelle22 it wasn’t for 3 bottles- it was a listing that you could pick three items for a bundle for $10 instead of 1 item for $5. The listing showed there was a quantity of one bottle.

arobin2you I am sorry if there was confusion. I sent an email to support to see if I listed it wrong- since I am new to bundles. I know it’s disappointing to not get what you thought you were. If they tell me I did it wrong I will gladly give you your money back.

arobin2you @danabelle22 it’s all confusing to me. You can also file a complaint on your end and they will look into it that way to. On your account page at the bottom you can click contact us... it may be the only way to get your a resolution because The system doesn’t allow for returns. lots of people use bundles for a better price.

danabelle22 Thank you for your continued communication. There definitely is a problem with the way the item is listed. I was never prompted during the transaction process to select multiple items for a bundle, and I would never in my right mind have spent $12 on a one ounce bottle of argan oil. I did go ahead and send a formal complaint, and it sounds like they will send me a prepaid label to return and a refund. I will wait and see...
