cruznnfinds @waterford21 Hi! ☺️I see the tracking is updated, but the city of origin is way off! Ugh! 😕 It’s showing the package departed in Wingate tonight, but I dropped it off in Monroe when I was in town this morning around 9:30am. Strange 🤔 I’m just happy your package is on it’s way to you! 🤗

waterford21 Hi, just want to update you and let you know the package didn't arrive today. It says it's been in "transit" since 2/23 to "another facility?" I know there's lots of delays because the shipment of Covid vaccines are taking precedent and then the storms in the east and south. I'm happy to see how next week goes and just hopeful they haven't lost it. Have a good weekend.

cruznnfinds @waterford21 Hi Aileen ☺️ I just checked the tracking today and it’s still not updating 😕Frustrating, because I ship the package off the very next day. I was hoping it would have updated by now. I’m going to contact Posh support and maybe they can help track the package. Once I find any updates, I will contact you immediately. I’m so sorry. cruznnfinds @waterford21 Hi ☺️ This is the message Posh Support is showing “Due to high holiday volume, tracking information from shipping carriers may take additional time to update. Please wait at least 10 days from the time of your order before contacting Poshmark about any shipping concerns. If you already have a tracking number and need updates, please visit the USPS website for all US orders, and the Canada Post website for all Canada orders”.

cruznnfinds Good afternoon! ☺️ I received an email from Posh, that I have to request help with tracking 10 days from the last update. Ugh!! 😞 That’s from the 23rd!! After that point, I called the US postal and they only stated it’s will arrive late. Well geez, I know that...ugh! I’m really trying, but I need Posh to help me locate your package. I will try again and send another email to Posh support. I’m so sorry you have waited so long! Hopefully, I will have an update soon.

waterford21 @sparkle54 Hi, I appreciate you being so responsive and I realize this is NOT your issue and agree Posh needs to step up since they are holding my / your money. Check out this link to the USPS, where it states "standard delivery" of priority mail is 1,2 or three days and you should contact Customer Service after five days if it hasn't arrived (in total that would be eight days, it's been ten) https://faq.usps.com/s/article/Delayed-Mail-and-Packages#check_mail_delivery_standards. Good luck!

waterford21 I'm a first time buyer and am disappointed in the follow through from your company. My purchase has still not been received. The seller has been incredibly responsive but cannot get support from either USPS nor Poshmark, however you are holding my/her funds. Priority mail is, per the USPS, suppose to take 1 - 3 days. The USPS updated that status on Feb 23rd, only because I signed on to their tracking program. If the seller cannot get support from Poshmark, I will be cancelling this order on
