Hi Abbie, this is Bonita and I'm writing to let you know that I shipped your item on the 12th, however the carrier has yet to scan it for tracking. I've contacted Poshmark and they're aware of the problem. I'm doing everything I can to get this expedited.

@hallb4156 I feel really bad for you but I’m going to cancel the order if you don’t hear from them today. It’s been too long and it’s too much mo way to be waiting with no news from shipper. Have never had trouble before so this seems odd.

I understand...I'm so angry because this hasn't happened to me before either, and it seems to me as though Poshmark isn't taking it too seriously either. I've been in constant contact with them and all they can proffer is for me to 'wait until the 21st before they'll step in. I was expecting that they would at least be as proactive as I've been to locate my item and/or update my status.

Finally found out the issue. The purse was shipped, but to a previous buyer because the shipping label was a duplicate. Poshmark reached out to her and she admitted to having received it and said she would return it. And although she's been aware of the mishap for well over a week, she has yet to do so!! If I don't get it back by this week I will be escalating my issue, including posting her information to warn prospective buyers about this obvious lack of integrity. I'll keep you updated.
