Hand to Hero is a non for profit organization created by a local North Myrtle Beach firefighter and his Wife to help local first responders get through their hard times. Our local first responders sacrifice so many things to protect us. They give up birthdays with their kids, anniversaries, holidays, their physical health and sometimes their lives. Many deal with not having enough money when they get injured or sick. Hand to Hero provides assistance when they needed the most.
