silekian Hi Lynn. I just received the sandals today. The right shoe's snaps are broken. I would rather work out a deal with you than go through the hassle of returning them for undisclosed damage. Are you interested in that? Let me know how I can send you photos, if necessary, and how you'd prefer to move forward. I would feel comfortable with compensation for the cost of me getting the snaps repaired, which the Internet seems to estimate at $10-$20, depending on location.

samoreli Hi, I just received the purple maestra. But I noticed it's missing the two leather links that hold the straps together on each end. Without it, the straps don't stay together. I know this because I also have a blush color that are not missing this two links. Also there are a few stained spots on the front and inside the bag. I can send you a few pictures just so you know what I'm describing and that I'm not making it up. Can you let me know if there's any way to rectify the situation? Thanks

bkslope711 Hello! I wanted to check quickly on my item....did you ship today from Florida? Asking because I’m in Brooklyn, and I got a delivery exception notice (for the wrong zip!), and I highly doubt a package made it from Florida on a Sunday night to Brooklyn the next day ;). I was also home at the time they said they tried to deliver. I’m thinking posh sent me the wrong tracking? I’m checking with them But wanted to confirm with you too. Thanks!!!

shoplls @jrvelaz6 I am so confused. The top is ripped? I know I sent it in pristine condition. I try so hard to be honest and provide a good value and high quality merchandise in my closet. Now, the top has been documented to be of poor quality. I thought it simply did not fit.
