That's so weird- I feel like I'm one of the only sellers consistently having this problem on PM lol it literally happens to me at least once/month (I confirm that I shipped a package, they send me emails almost a wk later asking me to ship that very package, package arrives the same day they'd sent me the email, and my client's are unable to confirm they've received package because of PM lol).. I hope you love everything, & if there's ever anything you need please let me know! :)
