We just going to take it one day at a time and continue to love and cherish every second I have with him. His birthday is Sunday he will be 15 but he still acts like a puppy. We are going to the beach, have his favorite snacks and just celebrate him 💕

2littlebigdogs @thecandistore I understand. I’ve been there 2 years ago with my little “once in a lifetime fur-baby”. He was tiny for his breed & developed neurological problems as he aged. It was painful watching him deteriorate. We did everything possible for him-but in the end I couldn’t bear to watch him suffer so chose to end his suffering. It was the HARDEST thing I’ve ever had to do-my heart still has a huge hole in it. He was a very special little boy-there will never be another like him in my life.

2littlebigdogs You’re doing the right thing to cherish & celebrate him. Take lots of photos while you can & hold him as much as he’ll let you. Photos are important for the healing process-it takes time after they leave us for the ache not to be almost unbearable... but gradually it eases. It’s then that you’ll want to look at the photos to remember his sweet little ways. Please know you’ll be in my prayers. Blessings, Ria. :)

He really is my life Ive has him since he was 5 weeks old I can’t imagine how it’s going to be without him. He already has the picture thing down. It’s funny if he’s in the room and I pick up my phone he stops looks at me like you going to take a picture??!!?? That’s how many pics I have of him lol I’m definitely going to continue to take as many as I can 😊
