anneadellestyle @mlricha Hi! yes, I went from a 22W to currently a 16. Still a few more to go for good measure! I go to American Family Care. There they have a program, Weigh To Live, that is really working for me. Clean eating, exercise, it is doctor monitored. I swim, treadmill, arc, weight machines at least 4x week. Also read the book Younger Next Year. Try to learn some new activity every so often, next up pickle ball. Also I enjoy par 3 golf on weekends. Posh Love💛💖😃💖💛

chula0525 Hi 😊. Because these are a Triple Wide 3E, these are not going to feel like a 9. They are going to feel more like a 9.5 but “still” extremely more wide than a medium. If he wears a 10 this might be cutting int short in the length . If he wears a 9.5 these would be perfect (if he wears a Wide already). If he wears a 9M then these would be too big bc the width is so wide. I used to sell shoes 😊😊😊😊
