jodisjewelry @catg923 Girl, he eats better than we do!! :) His treats are in a cookie jar and he can be clear across the house, but when he hears the sound of that lid coming off, he is there in a flash. He is in love with my BFF, everytime she comes over she gives him a treat, and the few times she has forgotten, he sits right in front of the cabinet where his jar is kept. He will just sit and stare at the cabinet. lol

jodisjewelry @cboyd221 He is the best. I've got a stomach issue that's been abt 2 months now, today was one of the worst, and he has not left my side all day. On another day that was pretty brutal, he curled up in the corner between the bed and nightstand as close to the bed as he could get. About once an hour he would get up n check on me :)

jodisjewelry @classyfashion He is also a rescue. He is blind in one eye and they said at the shelter over 200 ppl called but were afraid to adopt him. He was 9-10 months old when we got him and he was totally feral, but with a little training he has become the best dog ever. He is 8 now and I've trained him to be a service dog bc of my back injury. He loves to go to Walmart n pull the buggy!

jodisjewelry @classyfashion Most people with service animals don't want you to pet them because it distracts the dog. I could never imagine telling someone that they could not pet my baby. He's always distracted. Lol. I've a "hands free" leash that clips on his harness and the other end I clip on the buggy. He knows when I say turn right or left. He is a huge help to me and he's so proud of himself when we leave he store. ;-)

jodisjewelry @1hermitcrab I had two Goldens before him, and lost them two yrs apart. Before my accident I ran every am with my male, and when I was in college I traveled the country with the female. I had planned to find an older, calm, gentle female and went on petfinders, but as soon as I saw his face I was in love. It took a month to convince the Mr bc neither of us wanted a puppy, but he knew I wasn't taking no for an answer. Don't they have the best temperaments?!! So loving and eager to please.

jodisjewelry @travelbugginger Animal lovers are the best people, warm, big hearted and giving. If I meet someone who doesn't like animals, I probably won't like them. Lol. Animals can tell a lot about a person. I met my hubby in my early 20s, and one of the first things I said to him was that my dogs had to like him before I would go out with him. We still laugh about that to this day, almost 20 years later.

jodisjewelry @catg923 Thank you. Ckn noodle soup for 2 months is getting old, and I couldn't even keep that down for 2 wks. I kept drinking Gatorade bc I didn't want to go to the ER. Thanks to healthcare reform, my co pay wld be $2250 just to walk in the door. I've been to 3 drs who have no idea why I'm so sick. I started a New rx last wk that helped but now its not working. I'm seeing a new dr Tues n hopefully he can get me to a new gastro dr. I will check u out on fb when I can sit up and get online.

I had a flare up of diverticulitis, an infection in my colon, and I have gastro paresis, my stomach gets paralyzed and can't digest anything. My gastro dr retired n his replacement is an idiot, told someone they had heartburn when they really had pancreatic cancer!! I have appt w new dr on Tues so hopefully he can fix me right up.

I have a couple of friends who are scared because of frightening experiences & I get that (sad for them), but for the most part I don't understand not liking animals. Had to smile at what you said. I called my sister n said go to pet finders n look under golden retrievers and tell me what you think. Suddenly she oh my gosh Ragetti!! He looks just like you. Lol. She went with me that night to the shelter and didn't tell me until after we got him that during the whole time we were there, he didn't pay attention to anyone but me.

jodisjewelry @kellidavis05 girl, you are too funny!!! He's usually good to just lay in the floor by the love seat where he can see both of us. We have a really open house where the kitchen and dining room and den are all open and just separated by the bar. So if he's watching tv and I'm in our room on the computer, he can see both of us from the edge of the love seat. 😀

jodisjewelry @kellidavis05 one thing he does that is so funny is to move his food or water bowl around if one gets empty, that is so loud on the tile, and if he needs to go outside he comes in there and puts his chin on the edge of the bed and just stares at me. Lol. What kind of dog do you have?

jodisjewelry @slimandfitfab thanks for the prayers Jane. I've been dealing with a stomach issue most of the year. I finally found a doctor who is great, it took forever to get in to see him but he decided to do a scope on Wes when I just had an office visit scheduled. He stretched my esophagus and thinks I have a bacteria in my stomach that has been making me so sick. He did a biopsy and I have to go back for an ultrasound of my liver and pancreas.

jodisjewelry @slimandfitfab I've been mostly nauseous with just a chronic stomach ache. It went away for a month or two and then returned with a vengeance. It started a few years ago but it's been constant since Feb. I will just be so thankful to find out what is causing it so we can get rid of it. I'm tired of not feeling well! I'm too young to be so sick!!! 😷🙀😝😜😀.

So I whistled and heard him bump against the front doors as he got up. He saunters through the house and gets to the doorway of our room but stops and checks his food bowl before coming in here to see why I called him. That crazy clown. 🐶

jodisjewelry @grace4d I saw this as I was waking up and my first thought was wow...15 3yr old dogs?!? You must have the patience of Job!!! Hehehe. Then I re-read it correctly. 😘. He's in training to be a service animal. I have a hands free leash and he pulls the cart for me at the store so I don't hurt my back. He's finally gotten to where he knows his left from right and I don't have to help steer the cart, I can go hands free!!

Misty, the 5lb biggest Chihuahua, actually took on a big yellow lab who came in our backyard 2 save my then 9 month old son from being mauled (it was an abused animal, poor thing). The lab was our neighbors and we had too raise our fence 4 feet 2 stop it from trying 2 get over again. it's ? If dog meant 2 harm my son.. It's not their normal. But my little pup was prepared 2 take it 2 the end.. Such devotion. we love them but they LOVE us more. Xoxo Dee

jodisjewelry @vickyss. This is my baby! His name is Ragetti, we call him Getti...sometimes hea a loittle clumsy bc of his eye, but thas ok! Cant you juat see him pulling a buggy in wmt! One time I took him when a friend was with me and I guess he didnt think he was working... Walked right into wmt and hiked it on the first endcap! Oh boy, was that embarrassing!! Lol

jodisjewelry @nikksnak74 but I guess from living in a cage, he was housebroken, he loved his crate. It took awhile to build trust, and he wanted to play all of the time, but he's the best guy ever! I trained him to be a service dog, he pulls my cart thru the store and he knows his left and right. Lol.

jodisjewelry @nikksnak74 Sometimes he's a little clumsy, I guess that snout gets in the way, but when I have days when I'm down, I see him and think, he's never once complained about his eye, he's just dealt with it and never let it stop him from enjoying life, so I shouldn't allow my pain to get me down. He's been so gentle with the puppy, allowing him to bite him and pull his tail!

jodisjewelry @shopper919 Thank you so much! He became my service dog, one night I fell in bathroom in middle of night, idk how but landed on my face n blood went everywhere, I’d broken my nose. Hubs is very hard of hearing n couldn’t hear me screaming, even though it’s an en suite. Getti ran to bed, bumped it with his bottom, then went to hubs head and was poking his with his nose to awaken him! Of course he then saw the light n rushed to my side. I retired him at age 10-11, he will be 14 in March!!
