andrea_27s 👍 woohoo! That's awesome! I wish I could tone up, so bad. I have so many autoimmune disorders though, it's almost impossible without a personal trainer. Way to go! Great fit body, lots of hard work and dedication pays off! And it's awesome you have been married for ten years. 💕😘

cftgirl @andrea_27s -- Thank you. you are so sweet. with crossfit you will always have a coach with you.. give it a try! it's worth it. I wasn't serious about working out until I walked into a crossfit gym. I've been doing this for 3 years.. stopped 6 months ago and did a bit of Olympic weighlifting...took a brake of everything and now i'm ready to go back...and I can't wait... My 4 years wedding anniversary was last month; but I've been with the same guy for ever lo.

blueskyaction Ugh I'm so jealous. I want to start doing cross fit SO badly, but I've had numerous bouts of rhabdo, mostly unexplained episodes, but sometimes even a low-intensity workout results in CK elevation, so I don't think the intensity of cross fit would be good for me, BUT I WANT TO SO BADLY WAHHHH

cftgirl @blueskyaction Im sure you can still do some crossfit..maybe not high intensity but at least some weight lifting and low intensity workouts :). As long as you let the coach know he/she will make the proper recommendation. rhabdo is very common in the crossfit community, and im pretty sure the coaches can help. give it a try, talk to one of the coaches and see what they say.

blueskyaction Oh my gosh I didn't see your response but then I saw this listing again and wanted to tell you that you're a freakin' BEAST in a good way. I can't even imagine how strong you must be! Ugh and your body is killer, and you're beautiful, inside and out 😘 I was actually going to do a CrossFit into class w some of my sorority sisters, but was competing with the UCLA figure skating team the day they went 😥 But apparently it's an amazing gym and the trainers really go at the person's pace, no matter how much of a beginner they are, so I'm definitely going to check the place out ☺️
