Allie, cute closet and great photos! I'm trying to find a solution for taking photos without natural light now that it gets dark so early, do you use any sort of lighting kit or special lamps because your lighting is great!

@sarailyn - I live in a high rise condo with 2 walls that are glass - a lot of natural light floods in. I also have an overhead light I turn on. Because we've been getting so much rain in Honolulu lately, I'm experimenting with a table lamp to provide extra light when I snap photos. I only have a tiny bit of free wall space, so I think it will get really tricky to get good photos of the floor length gowns I want to put up for sale.

You might be able to pick up some inexpensive table lamps from Target/Walmart/Goodwill...or perhaps try the kind with the clamp and extension cord that you would get from a hardware store. Maybe experimenting with different bulbs - soft white vs clear bulbs?
