clubgemstone If you have questions about an item prior to leaving feedback that's not true you should definitely email the seller. Your item is brand new directly from the manufacturer and completely 100% new. The cover happens to be faux black and not a solid black enlarge the pics...and it's definitely not worn. Thanks and happy holidays

aeyoung1989 @jhayleza Hey there, I’m sorry to bother you but I’m not sure what worse to do... I have a return that is accepted by the seller. So I’m waiting on the shipping label, since yesterday morning. I leave to go out of town early tomorrow. (Before the post office opens.) I’ve emailed the support center, but I’m growing impatient knowing my time is limited. Is there any way you can assist me?? Thanks 😘😘

jhayleza @aeyoung1989 it’s okay! Once they issue your return shipping label, they will actually give you 7 days to bring it and have it scanned by the post office! So if you won’t be gone for more than a few days, you should be okay :)

aeyoung1989 @jhayleza can you notify someone on my behalf??? I haven’t heard from posh and I told the seller that I guess I’d have to keep it. So I don’t want them to think that I no longer want to return it. I just thought I was out of time.

jhayleza @aeyoung1989 I could definitely contact PM Customer Service, but I actually don’t have direct contact with the main company office 😕 what I would suggest you do is prepackage the return in a box so that it’s ready to go. So once you come back from your trip on Monday, you’ll already have the item(s) packaged and you’ll just need to print the return label and tape it on. Keep me updated on the progress of the return label. I’ll keep checking in with you throughout the process as well.
