Medium cotton skirt black and white

Sele size medium skirt. Had a thick cotton liner that floofs it out a little bit under the top skirt. Pretty black and white pattern and polka dots. Has a a sewn on polka dot tie that you can tie in front or back. I'm 5'1 and it comes to right about my knees. Stretchy medium, could fit up to a large or XL comfortably.
