Medium Witch costume in black with spider webs

Medium witch costume in a polyester/mesh blend. It is an excellent condition with a hoop at the bottom to flare it out. The sleeves and bottom fringe is rough cut so it looks kind of spooky. I’m tall so it worked for me. I think it would work for any height . If you’re smaller, it would just be closer to the ground. I wore it to office parties.
