Medium Black ruffle waisted shorts condition no fading

Black shorts 14 Inches. There is no button on waist they came that way when I bought them so idk if it was a error on manufacture or if that was normal but I wore them fine without button because of tie belt and zipper. I’ve gained some weight and this the reason I’m selling. There is no fading,holes, or fuzz-balls/piling in groin area.65%Cotton 35%Polyester Please feel free to ask questions
