MedCouture TALL Straight Leg Scrub Pants

Size medium tall-length straight leg pants in pewter. I’ve only had these since January so there’s very little wear (loose strings on one of the hems - pictured) BUT for some reason the drawstrings on these pants are different lengths which makes it difficult to tighten them too much if you have a small waist. I have a 31” waist and these were too loose for me to tie comfortably, for reference. The waist is approx 17” flat and the inseam is 32”
