They'll come freshly washed and ready to wear. 100% super SOFT cotton ~ size LARGE measures about 18-1/2" across the waistband (loosely held and the drawstring is tied inside). The elastic waistband is 1-1/4" wide, so the elastic inside won't flip around and twist up and it won't "dig" into you. The rise is about 13-1/2". The inseam is 7-1/8" long (measures about 20" long from top of waistband to bottom of leg hem on the side seam).
