Meadow Rue from Anthropologie dress

Beautiful black and ivory dress with gorgeous embroidered details. Top has a sweetheart neckline (strapless) in a thick lace (almost crocheded), skirt has embroidered scallops throughout and a black silky bow. Under-skirt includes layers of tulle for a little poof to the skirt. Only worn a few times, still in great condition.
