Meadow Rue Ivory/Black Polka Dot Lace Sleeveless Maxi Dress, XS

This Meadow Rue lined sleeveless maxi dress features an ivory lace overlay with black polka dots. The skirt portion is three tiers of increasing widths of ruffles. The hemline is raw, as are the ruffle edges. Neckline is scooped, and there are no closures for easy on/off.
